There are also several countries where corporate income tax is lower than usually. In some countries dividends and other financial income are exempted from tax. The most popular here is Cyprus. Companies of United Kingdom are easy to incorporate and may play a role of a reputable business partner. Those countries require filing of annual accounts and to pay corporate income tax.
