The set of documents can vary depending on local legislation.

Our fees you find from our Fee Schedule table are always full and final. One won`t be afraid of any additional expences, for instance for drawing up the shares or for courier delivery. We do not add any service or document for your money, you really will not need. Otherwise, there are no additional services , we cannot provide, if needed.

ADDITIONAL OFFSHORE SERVICES

Fees do not depend of jurisdiction.
  • One nominee director - 280 EUR per year
  • One nominee shareholder - corporate 80EUR, individual 240 EUR per year
  • Mailing address and fax in London - 400 EUR per year, only address 240 EUR.
  • Legalisation of documents(Notarial+Apostille), one document or set - 200 -300 EUR, depending on country
  • Legalisation of documents at various Embassies - 240-400 EUR
